These Terms govern participation in our events and the use of our website. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to these conditions.
1. Event Participation
Entry may require valid ID.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or behaviour reasons (no refund).
Re-entry policies depend on the venue.
The event may include flashing lights, loud music and other sensory elements.
2. Tickets & Refunds
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
If the event is cancelled, refunds follow the policies of the ticketing provider (e.g. Eventfrog).
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
3. Changes to the Event
The organiser may modify the programme, lineup, schedule or venue for operational or safety reasons. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
4. Safety & Conduct
Participants must:
Follow venue rules
Respect staff instructions
Avoid dangerous or disruptive behaviour
Anyone violating these rules may be removed without refund.
5. Photos & Videos
During the event, photos and videos may be taken.
By attending, you agree that you may appear in these materials, which may be used for communication and promotional purposes.
If you object, contact us before or during the event.
6. Liability
The organiser is not liable for:
Lost or stolen items
Personal injury due to negligence or behaviour of participants
Issues caused by third-party services (venue, ticket platform, payment provider)
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law.
7. Data Protection

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts at the organiser’s registered domicile.
